E.O. Gas Sterilizing Machine
As the machine is to sterilize syringes or needles, which are completed for packing, it has no side effect at all at the time of injection by destroying all the bacteria on syringes and needles with permeation of sterilizing gas into deep inside of products upon repeating high pressure and low vacuum. Sterilizing gas is used by compounding ethylene oxide gas and inert carbon monoxide. Sterilizing time is 6 ~8 hours and it differs by density of gas. The machine confirms by automatically checking sterilizing process that sterilization is correctly done.
